What are you defending and avoiding?
There is a conversation that has been happening in Access Consciousness lately around the points of view we are defending and avoiding. When you try to defend a point of view and you try to avoid the point of view, you stick you permanently. Defending a point of view and avoiding a point of view creates the stuck place where you cannot change.
I have a free Facebook group where every month I take a question from Access Consciousness, and use the clearing statement to bring more awareness, which in turn shifts that thing. Gary Douglas, the founder of Access, says that if you ask the same question thirty times a day for thirty days, you will get more freedom to choose and change. This month, we have been asking about what we are defending and avoiding that keeps us stuck in creating only enough to change just a little bit, not so great that we can move mountains, and make magic.
This has brought me personally a lot of awareness of the secret programming I’ve been following that limits me. Yesterday, I got to something I thought you might find interesting, about our need to blend in with the crowd, and fit in to this reality. Watch the video below to get a taste. And if you are intrigued, go here to join the Transformation 30 times 30 group, where i go live on Facebook every day with the clearing statements, and whatever else spills out of my mouth!
