What is Meditation?
Meditation is a practice where an individual trains their mind or consciousness to realize some benefit.
This is done through a variety of practices that includes techniques designed to induce relaxation, build internal energy, or develop deeper connection to feelings or thoughts.
There is no right or wrong way of meditating. There are as many ways of doing it as there are people. In this workshop I will introduce you to some of the characteristics of meditation and dispel some of the mystery.
In this two hour workshop we will cover just a few methods to help you on your exploration of meditation so that you can start reaping the benefits.
